I start to consume GoodMorning Pea Protein 2 months ago. I’m so satisfied with GoodMorning Pea Protein. This is the best plant-based with high nutrients protein beverage I ever had. GoodMorning Pea Protein is good for muscle recovery especially for bodybuilders like me. When I workout so hard at the gym my tissues tend to tear and I will have muscle pain. So I need to consume protein to recover back. If to compare with my whey or mass protein, the recovery time is very slow. It takes up to 4-5 days to recover. If I didn’t consume any protein shake and just consume natural protein from food, it takes up to 5-6 days to recover. With GoodMorning Pea Protein it only takes 2 days to recover!
