- 30g GoodMorning VPlus
- 80g sago pearls
- 20g coconut palm sugar
- 2 mangoes (cut into pieces)
- 250ml water
- Prepare the sago pearls:
Boil water in a pot, and add in the sago pearls. Reduce the heat, and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Stir often to prevent the sago pearls from clumping at the bottom as they burn easily. Remove the pot from the heat and cover it. Allow the pearls to rest for 15 minutes or until they look translucent. Rinse the pearls with cool water in a sieve, and ensure there is no clumping in the sago.
- Mix 30g of GoodMorning VPlus with 180ml of water.
- Place the sago in a bowl and pour the GoodMorning VPlus drink over it. Add coconut palm sugar and serve with mango.
