2 teaspoons vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
200g bananas (mashed)
230g cream cheese
250g icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Mix the butter and sugar, and then add in eggs slowly.
2. Add vanilla and mashed bananas and into the dough.
3. Mix all the dry ingredients and mix slowly. Then, put in fresh milk. Bake at 180c for 25 to 30 minutes.
4. For cream cheese, mix all the ingredients until smooth.
Once finished, sprinkle the top of the VGrains powder and spread the cream cheese on your preference. Enjoy!
