Mee Goreng VHalia

 

Ingredient list A:

  • 500g of noodles
  • 1 small red capsicum, cut into slices
  • 2 tomato, cut into cubes
  • 1 bunch of leek, cut into slices
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 tablespoon of oil
  • Add salt to your liking

 

Ingredient list B:

  • 200g of meat (any choice of meat), cut into thin slices
  • 3 tablespoon of GoodMorning VHalia
  • 3 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of dark soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper

 

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in ingredient list B, and let it rest for 30 minutes
  2. In a wok, heat up the oil. Once the oil is heated up, add the noodle and fry
  3. Once the noodles are cooked, let the noodles cool on a plate
  4. Reheat the oil in a wok, and put in ingredient list B
  5. Mix and cook until the meat is all cooked
  6. Add a little bit of water and cook the meat until it is soft, and the sauce is thick
  7. Add capsicum and tomato & mix thoroughly
  8. Turn off the heat, and try it
  9. Add and mix in the noodles
  10. Your Mee Goreng VHalia is ready to be served.
